What are cookies?
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember information between pages or visits. This policy also covers similar technologies, such as the browser’s local and session storage and the reading of device data done by some measurement services.
Who uses them
Multiconversion S.L., the controller of this website and its blog, in Spanish, English and Portuguese. Its identification and contact details are in the privacy policy.
Some third parties also receive data through our website: Google (Google Analytics), Cloudflare (form verification) and, only with your Advertising permission, OpenAI (campaign measurement).
Your consent
Necessary cookies are required for the website to work and do not need your permission (article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002, LSSI). Analytics and Advertising cookies are optional: you can accept either category, both or neither. Analytics enables Google Analytics; Advertising allows measurement of commercial enquiries from our campaigns on OpenAI. Accepting Advertising does not grant advertising permissions to Google or enable HubSpot.
Your choice is stored for 12 months; after that we ask again. You can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” button on this page or at the bottom of any page. Withdrawing Analytics deletes its cookies; withdrawing Advertising deletes the OpenAI attribution identifier and stops conversion requests to OpenAI.
When Advertising is added, we ask for a new choice. While you decide, we respect your previous Analytics choice; that choice never authorises Advertising.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser’s privacy settings.
OpenAI advertising measurement
Only if you accept Advertising, a measurement image reports a commercial enquiry to OpenAI after the form submission is confirmed. It sends the event type, a random identifier to prevent duplicates and, when available, the oppref click identifier. The request also communicates technical connection data, such as your IP address and browser type.
The image does not read the form fields. We do not send OpenAI the form contents: your name, email, phone number, message, website or any other fields you enter. This permission is independent of Analytics: rejecting Advertising does not prevent you from submitting a form.
Cookieless measurement (Google consent mode)
We use Google’s consent mode in its advanced version. If you do not accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics does not store or read cookies in your browser, but it does receive cookieless pings when you visit a page or interact with it: the page viewed, the language, the browser and device type and the screen size, with no identifier stored on your device. Google uses them in aggregate to estimate visits. Google Analytics does not store your IP address.

Content from other websites
Some older blog posts include YouTube videos. They load in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com): YouTube stores no information about your visit until you play the video.
International transfers
Google and Cloudflare may process this data in the United States. Both companies take part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission considers to provide an adequate level of protection. Google Analytics keeps the data for 14 months.
Previous cookie banner
Until 25 September 2026 the blog used a different banner, with the cookies viewed_cookie_policy, cookielawinfo-checkbox-*, CookieLawInfoConsent and cli_user_preference, and accepting it also brought HubSpot’s cookies (__hstc, hubspotutk, __hssc and __hssrc) and _gcl_au. They are no longer used: if you have them, they are deleted when you choose in the current banner, which asks for your choice once more.
Changes to this policy
If we change the cookies we use or their purpose, we will update this page and, if something new needs your permission, we will ask for it.
