Multiconversion provides education marketing for universities, schools and training institutions in Spain. We coordinate digital strategy, SEO, campaigns and acquisition pages by programme and intake, using qualification criteria agreed with the admissions team.

When to consider Multiconversion

  • You are looking for experience promoting postgraduate education and attracting people interested in the academic offering.
  • You can share aggregate application progress data to assess quality and cost alongside form submissions.

Scope of the collaboration

The institution retains admissions decisions and academic management. Enrolments require intake-level tracking and institution-confirmed data; the published increase in qualified enquiries does not mean an increase in enrolments.

(01)sector challenges

We know your sector. In detail.

Needs we assess when defining the project scope.

01

Recruitment by programme

Campaigns per degree with their own economics: not every lead is worth the same.

02

Decision nurturing

Email and content that accompany a decision that takes weeks or months.

03

Qualification with scoring

Admissions calls first the people most likely to enrol.

04

Enrolment season

Planning per intake with pressure building up to the deadline.

(03)A plan for your business

Acquisition connected to admissions.

We work with universities, schools and training providers to connect visibility, enquiries and enrolments. The plan is organised by programme and intake, with qualification criteria agreed with admissions.

  • Universities, schools and providers with defined programmes and an admissions calendar.
  • Teams able to share application status and coordinate marketing with admissions.
  • Projects that need to assess enquiry quality and progress towards enrolment as well as form volume.

What your team receives

Programme diagnosis
Review of demand, content, campaigns and admission steps. We identify applicant questions and barriers to requesting information.
Acquisition plan by intake
Audiences, content and campaigns prioritised by programme. Requirements, delivery format and process information are validated with the institution.
Follow-up with admissions
Definition of qualified enquiries, commercial stages and integration needs. We propose improvements to follow-up and measurement through to enrolment.

How we assess progress

Qualified enquiries
Volume and cost of enquiries meeting the criteria agreed for each programme, excluding duplicates where possible.
Progress to enrolment
Applications, admissions and confirmed enrolments by intake. We separate recent enquiries from those that have completed their decision cycle.
Investment and visibility
Cost per enrolment and available revenue figures, alongside searches, citations and visits. Assistant answers are also checked for academic information accuracy.
(04)How we start

From data to priorities.

We agree on scope, responsibilities and a schedule before starting. Each phase depends on access, integrations and your team’s capacity.

  1. Diagnosis and objectives

We agree on priority programmes, the calendar, qualification criteria and admission stages. We review the quality of available measurement.

  2. Coordinated implementation

We coordinate content, pages and campaigns with the institution. We plan follow-up with admissions and check the integrations included in scope.

  3. Review and next decisions

We review each intake over its decision period and adjust content, investment and follow-up based on applications and enrolments.

(06)Before we start

Questions about working together.

How do you distinguish an enquiry from a qualified opportunity?

We define the criteria with the institution: programme of interest, requirements, intake and readiness to continue. A form submission alone does not establish an opportunity or an enrolment.

Can we use our current CRM?

We start with existing tools, reviewing which data and stages can be accessed or integrated, who maintains them and which permissions are needed. Additional integrations are explicitly costed.

When can results be assessed?

Visibility and enquiries are reviewed during the campaign; enrolments require consideration of the calendar and decision cycle. We agree on the evaluation period for each intake before activating the plan.
