Lladró is a world leader in the High-Quality Porcelain sector. They create works of art through careful design and a totally handmade manufacturing process.
The main difficulty of the landing pages creation is they had to be perfectly created and taken care to the smallest detail to reflect the same spirit of the delicate figures and collections created from Lladró and that are displayed in each of the landing pages.
Use of the latest technologies and creation of amazing effects
The traditional process in the creation of each of the pieces results in the achievement of unique and unrepeatable works of art. With this eagerness, different effects were created to highlight the most special characteristics of the works and give it a unique environment at the dedication level and character, typical of a company like Lladró.
Magic Scroll effects
In this case, we created an effect allowed us to discover Lord Balaji, a High-quality Porcelain figure created by Lladró. This effect offers a part of mystery and discovery promoting the interaction of the user with the web, as well as the conversion improvement through surprise. All this surrounded by a scenario that represented its origin and its value.
Another project in which we applied this technology was the one showing the figure of the Spanish horse. A figure full of details and created by very delicate work. To highlight it, a landing page with scroll effects was created to imitate the horse’s sliding along the web, providing dynamism and entertainment.
In addition, it was a landing full of layout challenges, because it had a very non-homogeneous design. This involved a lot of work on mobile devices so that the web kept the same feeling and the story’s thread of the figure would not be lost.
Canvas and 3D technology
The objective of this landing page was to show a new creations collection based on the cultural wealth and traditions of the whole world.
To show the inspiration origin of each figure a world ball with 3D technology was created with which the users could interact and when selecting one of the pieces we showed them more information about the figure they were interested in.
One of the biggest difficulties was an image creation with enough dimensions and quality to obtain the expected result after rendering. Once the world ball was built, the most difficult thing was to create interactive icons, so that by clicking they could show more information.
These icons were miniature representations of the different figures that were to be displayed. All this had to be linked to other effects that would give way to the rest of the landing page content.
Effects for every need
In the landing page of the Light & Scent collection, we had to show the cleanliness, warmth and comfort this collection brings to your home.
In addition, it was very important to be able to make some special effect for each type of element and to see its characteristics, also providing a way for the user to interact.
We made an effect of turning on and off a lamp, a carousel so that when clicking on the available colours you could see the image of the real product they corresponded with, moving images to add dynamism to the web and pop-up to show the information of each product.
